ÉPOCA STUDIO REFUND & REFUND POLICY

Due to the unique and vintage nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

Each item curated by ÉPOCA Studio is one-of-one and carefully inspected before being listed. We provide detailed descriptions, measurements, and photographs to accurately represent the condition of each item. We encourage customers to review all product information carefully prior to purchasing.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item

  • a description of the issue

We will review the request and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

All items are sold as-is and may show minor signs of wear consistent with age. Any notable flaws will be disclosed in the product description.

EXCHANGE

Because each item is unique and available in limited quantities, exchanges are not available.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return under this policy:

  • the item must be unworn and unused

  • returned in the same condition in which it was received

  • include original packaging and proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved due to damage or significant misrepresentation, the refund will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been returned and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund once issued.
