Every piece at Época is one of one. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing, including condition notes and measurements. If you have questions about a piece, reach out before you buy.

These are pre-owned pieces with history. Natural signs of wear — minor scuffs, light patina, small variations in hardware — are part of what makes each item distinct. Any significant condition details are noted in the listing. When in doubt, reach out before you buy.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you have an urgent concern, contact us at hello@shopepocastudio.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Época is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier once the package has been dispatched.
